TheyLead was founded in early 2024 by Wendeline van Loon with a clear purpose: To support Teams on their Journey, so they can deliver maximum value to the wider eco-system.
As an experienced HR Director and accredited Executive and Team Coach operating from Rotterdam The Netherlands, I’ve led major transformations and coached leaders and teams across cultures in both local and global contexts for over a decade.
My career started in HR Operations & Consulting, where I developed a strong foundation on structure, clarity, processes, leading large teams and an IC Agile Certification.
The last 5 years my interest and focus shifted to Relationships via HR Business Partnering, Leadership Development, Talent, Organizational Change and Team Coaching.
Success, I believe, comes from balancing coaching on Structure and Relationships throughout the team’s journey.

How do we approach a Team Journey
We believe in building a strong Foundation of trust, with clear goals, roles, and responsibilities to ensure alignment and commitment.
During the Diagnostic phase, we connect within and outside the team to deeply understand its context, challenges, and aspirations. Tools like the 360 Team Connect or the 5 Behaviors model and assessment can be used.
In Co-Creation, we collaboratively design tailored interventions, from offsite sessions to incorporating reflection into the team’s routine.
We’ll Review Progress at key stages and adjust as needed.
At TheyLead, we ensure a Future Set-Up for the team to sustain success together.
